Essential Credit Solutions provides credit education, credit profile analysis, and document preparation support. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Credit report review and strategy recommendations.
Preparation of dispute documentation and follow-up workflows.
Client education on credit behavior and long-term improvement.

Section 03

Eligibility Requirements

You are at least 18 years old.
You provide truthful, current, and complete information.
You are authorized to submit and manage the information provided.

Section 04

Fees and Billing

Service fees are disclosed before enrollment and may include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly service fee.

Enrollment Fee: one-time onboarding and analysis charge.
Monthly Service Fee: ongoing service and support charge.
No hidden fees beyond those provided in your agreement.

Section 05

Cancellation and CROA Rights

You may cancel under the Credit Repair Organizations Act within three business days after signing, without penalty. You may also cancel thereafter according to your service agreement terms.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific score increases, tradeline outcomes, lender approvals, or timing of results.

User Responsibilities

Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized data.
Do not misuse this website, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not represent services in a way that violates law or regulation.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Credit Solutions disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
